To try something unique, enjoy this sophisticated cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.

Sake Martini

Yields one serving

30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin

15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine

15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety

Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
