The Prince of Wales will represent the United Nations climate conference in Brazil next month, as confirmed by the royal household.
Prince William and King Charles made a joint appearance on Thursday evening at a event preceding the environmental conference, which is scheduled to take place in the Amazonian city of Belem.
The royal pair were present at the museum gathering, marking an noteworthy combined presence at a pre-COP30 gathering co-hosted by the British authorities.
Environmental Advocacy Commitment
King Charles has been a consistent supporter of biodiversity preservation - and the Prince of Wales has taken on the baton, with his own environmental prize initiative, which will be taking place in South America ahead of the COP summit.
Royal sources have characterized the Prince's participation at the forthcoming conference as assuming an crucial position in "climate diplomacy".

The King and Prince of Wales, arriving together in the state Bentley, were introduced to guests including conservation experts, researchers, environmental activists, foreign representatives and government officials.
This participation involved presentations in concert with President Emmanuel Macron of the French Republic and other international figures at the Ocean Finance Summit in Monaco during the current year.

The COP30 summit will align with the William's personal climate innovation prizes, which will wrap up in Rio de Janeiro the day before he attends the climate conference on November 6th.
