Shot-stopper
Alphonse Areola (West Ham): His team might have been six behind at Bournemouth but for him. Crucial performance, rose to the occasion and demonstrated some quality. Excellent keeping to earn them a 2-2 draw. A loss would have damaged their entire term.
Backline
Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace): He's up there for player of the season. Fans mention about Arsenal players. He has been the top performer by far.
Murillo (Nottingham Forest): One would need to be a wild optimist to say 'He scores and we'll beat Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield'. You could have gotten massive odds on that. He was excellent. He's becoming a dominant figure. He is truly a tough opponent. I'm happy to observe his form like last season.
Malick Thiaw (Newcastle): I saw him a few times earlier in Italy for AC Milan and he was getting killled because he was making mistakes. Yet now he's been a monster. He displays immense power and forceful and seems polished. It seems he has secured a spiritual home.
Ferdi Kadioglu (Brighton): Not naturally a full-back, leaning towards a contemporary style in attack. He is a excellent acquisition for Brighton. Who would be surprised at them unearthing more talent out of nowhere? Many felt when they got rid of Pervis Estupinan it raised eyebrows but the club is aware what they're doing.
Engine room
Sander Berge (Fulham) and Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest): Two of the same type and they're in for the shared purpose. Their clubs triumphed, everyone will talk about the goalscorers, but lacking these players those teams don't click. They perform brilliantly. They disrupt opposition, they join the offense.
Eberechi Eze (Arsenal): The man of the moment. A lot of followers, including my son, were questioning about his ability as the man to get them over the top. A hat-trick in the north London derby and currently fans desire to make a statue of him. Scoring, calmness, he controlled the game. The best player on the pitch.
Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa): Maybe this is thing that I agree with Thomas Tuchel on - he has got to a point now where it is quite challenging to leave him out. I didn't think his beginning was strong the term, I think he seemed somewhat presumptuous and hoped he might have got a move to Chelsea, and probably wanted that, but he has adapted well. A brilliant brace clearly versus Leeds pulled his side from a deficit. He made the impact.
Strikers
Callum Wilson (West Ham): I said he doesn't look his usual standard. He looked like his pace had gone. Yet amazing. Simply phenomenal. He performed superbly. Brilliant in his play and through his scoring.
Harvey Barnes (Newcastle): A really interesting player. He plays well, often more effective as a substitute, but due to Gordon's absence so he is required to feature. He failed to convert a great opportunity against Manchester City at 0-0 with his most straightforward effort. But to have the inner resilience to put himself in difficult situations and score twice was impressive.
Manager
Sean Dyche (Nottingham Forest): He comes in and beats Arne Slot. A superb tactical approach. It could have been multiple goals for Forest and all would agree.
