A 15-year-old adolescent has been punished to life imprisonment with a base term of sixteen years for the killing of other student the victim during a lunch period.

Deadly Educational Institution Incident

The defendant stabbed Harvey, similarly 15 years old, through the chest with a weapon at Sheffield's educational institution in the winter month.

Mrs Justice Naomi Ellenbogen lifted the identity protection limitation on the killer during the judgment at Sheffield Crown Court.
